If you are driving east on 544, the South Sea Village Shopping Center is on the right hand side just before you reach Business 17 and Ocean Lakes Campground. 

If you are driving on Business 17, you will turn on 544 at the Ocean Lakes Campground, and the shopping center is immediately on the left
